Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, related consent settings should be honored.
8. CRM records and lead activity
When a person contacts Cwlwm Systems, schedules a meeting, or otherwise becomes a business prospect or client, relevant information may be maintained in HubSpot, including contact details, company information, communications, meeting history, deal status, lead source, and related activity. 9. Data retention
Inquiry, analytics, CRM, and business communication records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, pursue or manage a business relationship, maintain records, measure business performance, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations.
